Been told today that it has been closed since Thursday, with no notice of closure?

Just gleaned this:
Thursday had a “closed due to bereavement notice”. Friday and Saturday “closed due to stock taking”. Monday still shut and owner seen removing personal items to a vehicle. The sold sign above that has been there for months is not the real situation

Gladiator:
People need to know whats happening, they rely on it for Pensions etc. Bit of a mystery isn't it Kim?

Certainly is. I just hope it's not history repeating itself. Remember the reason the old PO got shut down suddenly....?
